Product Description
Vibration dampers are rubber elements that absorb the vibrations and shocks generated by the mechanisms they are mounted on, preventing their transmission and also reducing noise. Vibration dampers absorb axial and radial forces; in doing so, they protect the mechanism they are fitted to and extend its service life. Large motors and industrial machines generate strong vibration and excessive noise. These vibrations damage equipment, create unsafe working conditions and can ultimately impair product quality and even halt production. Rubber vibration dampers protect your machine by reducing the amplitude and frequency of vibration waves.
Applications: Vibration dampers can be used wherever impact-loaded operation occurs. They are used at the connections between machine parts and at their contact with the ground. They prevent machines from shifting, losing balance or damaging the contact surface. They are used in conveyor systems, ventilation installations, generators, shock absorbers, medical devices, pumps, hydrophores, marine equipment, presses and similar applications to prevent vibration and impact. They can be produced with or without bolts.
